Lured by faint light

Event Name: Lured by the faint light.
Goal of the event: Find a pair of dangerous Hollows and exterminate them.
Specific Users:No.
Location: Human World-Beijin,China.
Story: Soul Soiety received reports of a pair of dangerous Hollows that often prey on the humans of a small town.Out of all the soul reapers sent to kill them only three came back.One in a delusional state,mumbling something about "fairy lights" and "monstrous spiders".Another was unconscious and still remains in a coma like state despite 4th division's best efforts.The last man collapsed after getting his two comrades back and died shortly for unknown reasons,his only injury was a sallow cut on the cheek.A simple extermination has now become a serious issue.Any soul reapers sent on this assignment are urged to be extra cautious.

Soul Society,around 10 in the morning

Rereading through the mission assignment in his hands Loki's face lit up with a grim smile."Perfect.I'll get revenge for you Jin,I swear.And there's just the person to help me do it too." Strapping on his zanpaku-to he heads out and towards Altria's quarters,knocking on her door loudly.

shin took a quick glance at altria and was relieved to see her in a safe location. thinking about going after her for aid, he changes his mind in to just focusing on defeating the enemy to get the antidote. Noticing the hollow withstanding the attack of shiro, shin quickly goes for back up.

"So you can withstand his attack...how about more multiple attacks...let's see how you'll handle it, hollow-san."

shin draws his sword in releasing shikai stance. "Jinsoku - Kaze no Tsume". the katana changes to a claw gauntlet equipped to shin's hands as he forms his stance for attack.

"Kaze no Tsume - Kamaitachi 2nd Strike Whirlwind Cutter"

fast sharp whirlwinds continously surrounding the hollow cutting the strands forming the web shield in a more faster way before it reforms again leaving the hollow vulnerable.

"Now guys..bind him or something."

Confined within the whirlwind the Hollow looks around for an escape,trying to pull the web shield back together without much success.

"I'm not good at kidou,my binding wouldn't last.But this out to work." Holding Raijin out he concentrates until sparks of electricity are jumping around the blade.Next,pulling reiatsu together Loki casts a spell on Raijin,"Hadou #11-Tsuzuri Raiden." His zanpakutou crackles with electricity as the natural cuurrent output is increased by the spell.Raijins voice threatens to do horrible things if he goes through with the plan.Loki waves him off.Chill,will you.We used it how many times already?It never fails. Lifting zanpakutou up like a spear he hurls it at the Hollow with all the strenght,pinning it to the ground through a pierced shoulder.At the contact the current runs through the Hollows body,paralyzing it completly.Sparks dance all across it."Alright!But just in case,a binding would be a good idea."

"A binding spell huh? man it's really hard without altria backing us up, she's usually the one who's doing the spells."

with all the reiatsu he can use for a high level kido. shin focus his reiatsu to his hand point to the enemy.

"Bakudo # 63 Saju Sabaku"

ropes wraps the target binding it completely.

"Now Hollow-san..tal..k...ugh..!"

shin's eyesight becomes a little blurry. he then fell on his knees.

Shiro lands back on the ground and turns to see shin fall, "Shin!" He runs over and shakes him slightly. "Hey! Stay with us! here!" he hands shin an orange herb.

Hearing Shin's name being called she opens her eyes with effort,not seeing clearly.Mind foggy,thoughts move slowly,stumbling often.'I should..help.. somehow..nn,why is..it so..bloody hot..at night?' Her eyes drop closed of their own accord again,tilting to the side she slides to the ground.

shin scratches his eyes upon hearing shiro's call. seeing the orange herb offered to him, shin grabs it.

"Thanks Shiro...Sorry about that, I think I don't have that much reiatsu left from all those kidos but I'll manage somehow.."

shin stands up and gets ready..

"Alright let's do this."

Shiro's expression seems rather stern but he nods slightly, he glances up just when Altria slides to the ground. " ! " sensing the sudden drop in Altria's reiatsu signature he dashes over to her and catches her. "Al-Altria!" he gets her up into a sitting position and checks her pulse with his. His eyes become filled with worry noticing how faint it is. "Altria...." he grits his teeth then stands up and faces the hollow and mutters a curse under his breath. "... i don't care.... you bastard hollow........" Shiro's reiatsu begins to burn bright with rage, there is a more prominent hollow signature coming from it now.

Worried by Altria's suddenly dropping reiatsu Loki drops down near her.Recalling an article he read on poisoning a long time ago vaguely he shakes her by the shoulders gently."Hey,don't fall asleep.Come on.." Small sparks jump from his fingertips.

The Hollow glares angrily at the shinigami,completely paralyzed by the kidou and the current."Keh heh heh..I.Won't.Tell.You.Anything!You're gonna kill me anyway."

Shiro walks over to the hollow and kicks it hard in the face. "Don't... Toy... with me!!!!!" he kicks it in the face again. " If Altria dies I'll make sure you die in the most painful way I can possibly think of!!!" His eyes tint to reddish color.

shin worried about altria, he's relieved that loki went to aid her. on the other hand, he starts worrying about shiro's outrage...

"Hey Shiro!! Calm down! Don't let the hollow get you!"

Shiro had already stopped and left the hollow alone awhile ago. "hmph" *he's acting more like he was before*

"Nnn?" Shivering slightly at the sparks jumping from Loki's fingertips she sinks back into a feverish unconsciousness.

shin confuse..

"Huh?? what now?"

Seeing it's no use Loki touched her forehead,jerking his arm back as it's burning up.Standing up stiffly he marches over to the Hollow,taking a good hold on Raijin embedded in it's shoulder and giving a twist.There's a crunch and it let's out a below.Looking completely blank he hovers over it giving another twist. "You're right,vermin.We will kill you.But you have a choice of it being nice and quick or slow and immensely painful.I'm sure between me and him" at this he points at Shiro "we'll come up with something truly horrible.Shin over there could do something worse too then holding you down with kidou." Loki puts on his best scary smile,giving another twist."Well?"

The Hollow let's out another below,body shaking with exertion of trying to break the binding spell.It's eyes keep moving around looking for a way out. At last seeing none it settles on glaring at them with malevolent hatred."Blood,that's the cure you damned brats."

Uriko spaced out the entire fight trying to figure out an antidote, then looks up when she heard the hollow's answer. "?? hollow.... blood?!?" she seems a bit surprised.

The Hollow cackles madly."That's right.Don't look so surprised girl.You have to be a real idiot to get a poisonous henchman without being immune to it.My body creates antibodies that are released into the bloodstream continuously."

Loki shakes off initial surprise at the answer.Frowning he gives the sword another twist."What do we do with it?"

The Hollow grits its teeth,spitting out,"you rub it into the wound from whence the poison entered!!"

shin has some doubts to the hollow..

"Prove you're not lying!"

Shiro glares at the hollow with the same look he gave the over one before it died. "yes... please do..."

"Yes,that's right!How do we know you're not lying and it wont make things worse?You scum enjoy deceiving."

The Hollow begins laughing madly,sound like nails on metal."You don't know shinigami.You.Don't.There's no way to prove it without you doing as I said.But why lie now?Heh,you can stand there and mull it over.But I'll give you a 'free' tip,it won't matter soon.It has to be rubbed into the wound only.And something as small as those punctures a shinigami will heal quickly. She'll be as good as dead then.That's if the poison doesn't do the job first." It continues laughing.

"Shut up!!!"Growling Loki pushes the sword deeper in whilst twisting. "Guys,there's no choice and no time then." Out of the left pocket he pulls out a small plastic test tube.Uncorking it he scoops some of the blood pouring out of the sword wound.Putting the stopper back in he tosses it to Shiro."Here,catch.I'll keep an eye on our little friend here.If he lied.." Loki let's it trail off,looking ominously at the Hollow.

shin releases his zanpakuto back to its sword form and sheated it. shin heads to altria.

"I'll be the guard here just in case some hollow shows up."

Shiro catches the vile and heads over to Altria and kneels down infront of her. "Altria.... Altria? you still with us? where were you hit by the other hollow's needle storm?" He stares at Altria intently, but seems awfully worried.

"Nnn??" She remains unresponsive.However Tsukiyomi,still clutched in her hand, starts glowing.A voice echoes in Shiro's head,barely audible.'Back..left..wing.'

"!" Shiro seems confused for a sec then nods and then has Altria lean forward a bit and uncorks the vile. he pours a little on his hand then rubs it on Altria's back. "this had better work."

Nothing seems to happen at first.Then her fever jumps up exponentially before suddenly dropping low after a few minutes and her breathing evens out. Shivering Altria blearily opens her eyes,disoriented."Ngh?S-Shir-o?"

Shiro is relieved to see that it worked, he then hugs her holding her close. "... yes... I'm here.." tears are running down his face and is trembling slightly.
